Throttle body not reaching WOT
Hello my good people of the honda community. I recently installed a Skunk2 70mm pro series throttle body onto a pro2 manifold. The trouble I'm having is once my cable is hooked up (p73 cable) and adjusted I am unable to get the plate to open completely. With the pedal to the floor I still have about a 1/2" till throttle stop. TPS is reading 4.10 (0.4 shy) with the pedal pressed. The car idles great and there are no runnability issues. Could the cable cam be too small? Doesn't seem likely. I'm sure it's something stupid but I can't for the life of me finger it out. Dammit.
if the TB cam was too small it would open too far. it's because the cam is too big.
it may or may not be perfectly fine like that. it really depends on the angle of the throttle plate when the pedal is to the floor. at 4.1 volts it sounds to me like it is open plenty though to be considered WOT, because that is about 90% throttle, and it is a 70mm afterall

Well, if by adjust pedal you mean grab it and bend it then you are correct sir. for some particular reason or another the pedal needed to be "manipulated" in order for the butterfly to open all the way.
Thanks guys. I was baffled for a bit. we are now reading proper and running great!
