Default Thinking about doing a small tech series for B16A2's, testing interest.

I was thinking about making a small tech series for B16A2's, and I am trying to guage the response to do so, maybe how to adjust valve lash, take out, recondition/replace if needed the rocker arm assembly, idle speed and mixture adjustment, etc. There would be one write up a week, about different topics. Let me know.

Well the information I have I don't know if it can be applied to all B16A series, all Canadian and US model 2nd Gen B16s from 96-00 are applicable, but I don't know about Gen 1. Which is why I am being so specific. I am going to post a link in the EG+ Civic and CRX EF section to see if I can get them to vote too.

I'd definitely like to see something like that. We need more tech on here...

i agree...there's a lot more b16a's than there are b16a2's (i mean on this board). maybe you could still do it on b16a2's, but tell us what can/cannot be applied to the b16a. nevertheless, it sounds like a great idea and i'd read them and get the most out of them. thanks for the offer i'm always willing to learn a few new things.

Well so far the overwhelming response is yes, so I am doing a valve lash writeup right now, and I will finish it after church, and it should be posted around 2 or 3 PM in the tech section of HT.

Tell you what.....you will attract a lot of attention....If you don't like helping people then forget it.

I have attracted a lot of attention because of the D series write up. I don't mind but, just letting you know.

I don't mind helping people, but let me say this though, if I have ALREADY answered a question, all you will get is a link to that answer, AND if you need a more detailed answer feel free to ask, I will do my best to answer your question.
