Default SUSPENSION VIRBATIONS!?!?!?!?!!? HELPPP!!!!

Ok... this is a weird situation. i just got a 90 hatch .. dropped a b16 in it.. put tanabe suspension for a 92-95 in it with 92-95 wishbones so the struts fit cause they are fatter at the bottom then 88-91 struts but anyways.. eveything went in fine and bolted up.. all the ball joints and radius rods are all tight..motor mounts are tight..... but when i start to let it out of first gear the wheels seem to hop and move back and forth from back to front... so i thought it was the radiius rods.. but are tight and its still doing that???... the hub bearings are fine.. no play or noise what so ever..so we jacked the car up.. put it in 2nd gear and let the clutch out.. turn to the left no noise.. turn to the right EVERYTHING shakes... so we figure maybe its the axle... put a new axle in same thing.. maybe its a wheel.. changed the wheels.. same thing.. checked the half shaft.. its fine... the only other thing i can think is the rack and pinion???? anyone have any ideas or have had this problem please let me know b4 i go buying **** i dont need.
