Default Suspension question for my 99 EX

I'm getting ready to buy some Neuspeed tie bars for my 1999 Civic EX. I just wanted some opinions on whether or not I should get all four (Front U&L, Rear U&L) or if that's a bit of over kill? If not all 4 any recommendations on combos? Just so you know the car is lowered 2" in the front and 2.25" in the rear, and I also have a DC sports cat-back exhaust. Will any of those mods affect the tie bars? Just suggestions on whether its worth it on a daily driver to have all 4. Or if one, two, or even three would be a better choice. I know someone on H-T has some opinions on this. Thanks in advance for your help guys. Help
