bypass valve on aem cai. what do you think about them? will they diminish performance?

this topic has been killed in every forum know to man. but how often to u drive throught 3 ft puddles? i have had a good amount of water go through my intake before and the car just bogged a bit...no hydro lock.

im sure others will have different opinions, but i hope you find the answer you're looking for.
