i have a 2000 gsr.
the front sway bar was missing when i bought it (it was a theft recovery vehicle)
i bought a used one..and just the bolts from the dealer..installed it myself.

question: are there any bushings that go with this front tower bar?
hahaha i feel like a dumb *** but i can't find anything in search...
only found bushing info for rear sway bars...
anyone?

 

Are you speaking of the strut tower bar or the sway bar? The first has no bushings the second does... The one that goes across the top of the engine bay is the strut bar and it just bolts down on 4 studs.

 

you mean the front sway bar, right? there should be 2 of them along w/ the d brackets...

cool deal..i didn't install my ITR sway bar yet...
and i was just wondering if the front tower bar that goes over the engine bay
comes with any bushings that i was missing. okay so all i need are my
golden bronze bolts.

 

The one that goes over the engine doesn't have any washers or bushings it just bolts right on to the chassis.
