Stripped Tranny Mounting Holes?

Help, stripped tranny bolt holes!

A couple of the threaded mounting holes on my L3 tranny are stripped. One is on the main face that mounts to the engine, and the other is above the diff. How can I repair these to install the tranny? Retap? New case? Thanks for help! Frank.
