Steering wheel spinning out of place while driving
Hi guys.
My friends got a 96 integra and having some steering wheel issues.
I'll try my best to make some sense.
Problem is, let's say that once the car is turning, the steering wheel is straight, the steering wheel would be facing somewhere else other than where it was like upside down or side ways when it's going straight again.
But if the car is not moving and we turn the wheel all the way left and right, wheels turn all the way where they suppose to be.
Only while we're driving, the steering wheel somewhat seems to be spinning out of place.
Any help or ideas on where to check would be appreciated.
Thanks guys.

Sounds like the car was aligned with the wheel not centered, or the wheek was put on the wrong way. Its cery hard to see 100% straight ahead when the car isnt moving. My wheel is off by maybe 15° but sitting still youd never know. My car needs to have the rack re centered
