Default is it a starter problem???? help pleaaasssseeeeeeee!!!!

okay guys i need your help?
this is my beater and i never had this much issues with any dc2 ive owned...
i just got my timing belt replace along with the water pump, alternator and battery last week... n cap, rotor, plugs n wires and external coil for my distributor....
before i changed all of this i actually was having hard starting problem once in a while... now yesterday after driving in the snow i made it to work then i was going to lunch my car just wont crank and i hear clicking noise... so i hit the starter a couple of times and all i heard was clicking noise.... is this a starter problem, a bad ground due to the weather or what?
i work on my own cars but this effin car i feel like a newbie n freakin clueless of wat the hell is goin on.... when i changed the timing belt and alternator the car runs like a champ for 2 days then when im goin up hill im loosing power like it did before the freakin timing belt job.... i dont understand why it does that when i actually almost change the whole freakin shizzzz in the car???
will someone help me trouble shoot this car before i spend more freakin money on parts and it will do the same shizzz on me after a week or soooo?????

the car btw is a 94 integra automatic <------ i cant believed im stuck wit this car???
