Default spoon vs skunk2 stage1 cams

alright boys and girls nice and simple, which one of of these cams would give me more power(mid/high or mid or high doesnt matter where the power is just let me know what you guys know) in a b18c1 with a compression of about 11.5:1? i can get them for the same price so cost is not an issue. thanks i know i have posted alot of cam **** but i'm in the market and i'm trying to do my research and the damn search feature isn't helping me out

Skunks. More aggressive and still useable with a stock ITR valve train (if you have that).

I'd go with Skunk2 cams, they're cheaper and make great products.

the spoon cams have the same lift but have more duration so would that make the spoon cams more aggressive?
