Default Speedo cable problem (pics inside)

Well last night I had just finished swapping my clutch in my 1993 Integra LS and went for a test drive. Everything seemed cool except my speedo wasnt working. I figured I had just put the VSS in wrong. But when I went to look at it this morning here is what I found.

This is the speedometer cable right. Does it need to be replace or can I somehow reconnect it? Thanks in advance.

pull your cluster out and look. I have never analyzed the back of a teg cluster before! I am sure that you should be able to reconnect it. There is probably a clip of some sort that holds it in. LMK what happens

Yeah I found the cover and ran it back through it. Then I pulled the dash, but I could not get it to connect to the back of the cluster. I was hoping I could reatach it somehow but I guess I will just purchase a new one.
