spec. torque on header?

spec. torque on header?

anyone know what the torque specs are on a 7th gen 1.7?
i just got a header, and don't have any idea what the spec torque is on them.

they aren't much. probably 5 lbs ish.

For stock exhaust manis it is 23ftlbs of torque.
