Default Sparkplugs for the B16A2

I have just been at a Honda dealer to buy new sparkplugs for my B16A2.. and the guy there said that Honda suggest 4 different kind af sparkplugs..
I'm confussed...
Can anyone tell me what the difference is between theese:
NGK :BKR6E-E-11
NGK :BKR7E-N-11
Denso: K20PR-L11
Denso: K22PR-L11

i can't answer about the densos but the BKR7E-N-11 is 1 degree colder than stock. The BKR6E that Honda recommended is stock heat range and is pregapped

Yeah the BKR6 copper is the way to go.
