Default Spark Problem on new swap

Ok Guys, I just put a B16a1 into my '90 crx . After putting it in I had it Professionaly Wired , and replaced the distrubutor cap and rotor. along with many other things that arent important at the time. The problem is ;im not getting enough spark. When the key is first clicked on and clicked off I get spark, but nothing between that. I can hold the key over forever and will not get anything. Guys coming back on Monday to check the wiring but thats to far away for me. Thanks for any help/advise.
