socketing a p28 - capacitor polarity? HELP ASAP!!!

does it matter which way the caps go in there? I seem to remember that it does, but I don't know which way...

If they are the small 103 ceramic or metal film ones, they are nonpolar, and orientation doesn't matter. I assume you are talking about C51 and C52.
