SMSP Header for 99-00 Si ?

I was wondering how much its going to run me for one of these. I heard anywhere from 1,000 to 1,300. I just wanted to know if anyone has it on their EM1 or any other car. What kind of gains should i expect? One person on this board has it on there type r and said they got around 30ish?
