Default Smoke from engine

I was driving then i smelled some burning. I noticed some smoke coming from the hood. It was white smoke. I searched and many people said white smoke= coolant. My oil temp on my cluster was all the way up. I need to narrow down what the problem is. Is my gasket busted, my thermostat gone bad?, or something else. My motor is not boosted and it has 80k. any info will help
thanks

sometimes the thermostat will stick causing it to overheat, this could intern bust your head gasket if it gets hot enough

inspect the engine bay and see where the leak is comin from. you're leaking and steaming off coolant.
