Default Safe reving limit on built motor?

If I had (which I will)
eagle H-Beam rods
Cp Forged pistons
balanced crank
sleeved block
Skunk2 dual valve springs
Titanium retainers
Rev Valves

What would you be able to rev to? I know what stock gear is good to but what about these aftermarket parts. Which one is the weakest link? and whats its limit?

I have similar components in my B16 and I currently rev to 9600 and plan on taking it to 10 or 10500 this week when I swap cams.

I'm not sure which ones you have but

Skunk2 (regular) = 9,000 is "safe"
Skunk2 pro-series = 11,000 "safe"
