Default Rod bolts and head studs

I'm rebuilding my bottom end at the moment and was wondering wether its worth doing any work with my rods. The head is stock but will be building it in the future when money allows. My question is how much can stock H22 rods and bolts take? would it be worth getting the rods shot peened and ARP rod bolts installed while i'm in the bottom end?

Also is it neccessary to use ARP head studs for reletively mild build (around 200whp eventually)?

Im planning on turbocharging my d-series, they highly reccommended me to get some ARP head studs and all that good hardware at least, so its sorta evident you might want to consider that as well.

OEM head bolts are suppose to be 1 time use only. Replacement ones are $8.34ea ($83.40 for 10) at Baranco Acura Parts. ARP are usually in the $100 range and are reusable. Make sense both financially and performance wise.
