Default rocker arm HELP

Whats up h-t, i was wondering if anyone had the specs for a b18b motor for the rocker arms. I was also wondering if you didnt torque them down to the correct spec if it could cause misfiring? thanks

The adjusting nut is 18 ft/# if that is what your asking. And no.it won't make it skip unless the adjustment is incorrect.
