Default Rim rubbing caliper?

I have a 92 Honda Civic. We just replaced the brakes all around and now the front drivers side rim is rubbinf against the caliper. There is metal shavings and stuff everywhere. We thought it was from having stripped studs but we replaced all four and it is still doing it. This is the only side doing it. I have called Honda dealerships and asked and one gyu said it was the ball bearings, one guy said check all of the nuts and bolts, etc. Each person has given me different answers. Does anyone know how to solve this problem????? I need asap. If you do know how and would like to email info please email romancenwva@yahoo.com. Thank you in advance.

If you have aftermarket rims without the right offset they will rub the caliper bracket, don't ask how I know.
