Ridgeline pops out of gear when you stop

Ridgeline pops out of gear when you stop
Hello guys. Looking at purchasing a ridgeline. 160k owner states that the transmission computer needs to be reprogrammed. Says that when you come to a stop it jumps out of gear. Does not slip or anything while driving. Turn the car off start it back up and it drives until you stop again. Any insight on what this issue maybe? Thanks. States he has replaced the speed sensor and 2 shift solenoids
