rebuilt motor,,water out the tailpipe
When i start the car it starts to spit water litte small drops of it,,and when i back up spits a whole lot then,i dont see any drop of coolant anywhere and does not use any coolant or oil.Cylinders are dry when i look in the spark plug hole. Also i let the car sat on a half tank of gas for three months and used that gas to start up my rebuilt motor.
Any suggestions on why it does this.It has a brand new oem head gasket.

Sounds like that's just an after effect to letting it sit for that long and/or condensation. As long as it's not using coolant (or the 'water' doesn't smell like coolant) you should be ok. Might want to run some new gas through to see what it does.
I DID I RAN IT EMPTY FIRST THEN FILLED IT UP WITH 91 PREMIUM,,,STILL HAVING IT BUT DOES NOT SMOKE OR ANYTHING AND WHEN I DRIVE IT AROUND AND PULL OVER AND CHECK IT BURNS DRY AFTER THAT,,ONLY HAPPENS IN THE MORNING START UPS.
when driving around its dry, then i let it sit for a couple hours maybe 5 then it does again.
drive it around for 15min completley dry after that.

You're 100% fine. It's just condensation like everyone is saying. When you run it, it gets hot enough to evaporate it...so when it sits for a little bit it just comes out as water. Here in PA it gets real humid in the summer and you see cars dripping water out the tailpipe quite frequently.
