Default Rebuilding used pistons?

Could this be done? i have a used set of JDM ITR pistons and rods that I am tyring to sell, but nobody wants to buy them, so i might as well use them. The pistons have carbon deposit on them, what could I do to make the pistons/rods good as new, or whatever....
