Default rebalance engine after installing pistons???

I intend on throwing in pistons in my jdm b16a which has skunk 2 stage 1's & cam gears & rev's up tu 8900 rpm, I'm concerned if the engine will be out of balance after installing the pistons??

I'm also not sure what pistons to throw in, I want the car (crx) to run high 12's on the 1/4 mile, si I also want to get the stage 2 cams, upgrade valve train, port & polish the head?? Has anoyne tried this ? is it worth the money? would an ls vtec deliver more hp?

THNX

Have the pistons and connecting rods balanced before you install them. All that they do is match the weight to the lowest of the set.
