Default Rear disc conversion...

Guys, I need to know if the rear drum brake lines in a EK coupe dx have to changed in order to convert it to gsr rear discs. And if they do, all I need are the brake lines that go from the caliper to the steel brake line on the chasis right ? I dont think that the brake line currently in the rear will fit right into the gsr rear caliper. Please let me know what you guys think or know from maybe previous experiences. Thanks in advance.
