rattling problem
I used to have rattling problem with my old 92 civic cx engine, the engine was blowing out smoke and it was rattling when it's idling.. and the rpm jump up and down from 300-900 rpm.. the lower the rpm is.. the more rattling a get...
there is also a problem with ignition, if I turn off and the car and try to restart it rite away, it's won't start...
now even after the swap I still have the same problem, the rattling problem is not as frequent and obvious, but the restart problem still persists... I got some rattling from the new engine (it's not really new, it's 100k), I am not sure if 2 problems are related .. I am suspecting the coil doesn't produce enuf spark to keep the car going... what do you guys think?

Check your ignition module for the starting problem..Mine went bad, and I couln't figure out for the longest time why it wouldn't start. Especially if it's hot out, it won't start, but let it cool and it will. Common on prob on Hondas
nice boobies in your avatar...whahahahha
if the engine knocks as the rpm drops it is because the oil pressure is dropping.......check out the engine management system for loose wiring or failed components....

if your idle is looping, you may have a faulty sensor, air leak, wiring problem, clogged injector or missfire. It could be so many things but if you have ruled out any mechanical failure, then it must be electronic.... or vice versa
