Default Quick <Nissan> Help

My friend just wanted to try out my old set of 15" wheels that came on the car.

We looked up the specs and the same wheels on his (93, or 92) Nissan Sentra were the same.

We put the wheels on the car, got the lugs on just fine, except for ONE lug. It wasnt going on right. We got them all off, and it turns out we stripped all 4 of his wheels studs.
****!

Need advice:
How/What to do to re-thread wheel studs?

Or: How do you replace these? Rip off the wheel rotor and it should be right there or? I've messed with brakes but never the wheel studs.
ANY help is appreciated.
Thanx.
