Default Question RYWIRE harness charging wires

Ok so i got my harness from rywire and the wires that run from the alt and starter to the fuse box are alot smaller in gauge then the factory 8 gauge wire. The wires in the rywire harness look like they are about 12 gauge. This seems way too small for and entire car to run off of. For those that dont know its the yellow and red wires that go to the fuse box when using the rywire harness. Any one have issues with this. What should i do about this? I dont want my car to catch fire or anything.

I would give them a call up and see what they say. Personally 12 Ga. wire is only good for 25amps or so. I would atleast run 8 Ga. wire.

i had called them and asked them about it. They said they have never had any complaints about the wires being smaller then stock because they use a higher type of wire but it worries me still.
