Default Question Reguarding My AC Problem.

my ac hasnt worked since i bought my car. about a month or 2 ago, i figured eh maybe it needs a recharge, put in a can and a half of r134 in, still nothing.. a friend of mine noticed that the clutch wasnt spinning, he said if the clutch isnt spinning the compressor is no good.. so i figured okay, that was a waste of 30 bucks, now i need a compressor. so since then i havent messed with it, and yesterday out of no where i figured eh maybe ill turn the air on and spin the clutch with my hand, maybe its stuck or something, i spun it , and it started to spin on its own, and here comes the cold air that ive always wanted. i thought i fixed it, started driving the cold air went away, stopped at a gas station, the clutch wasnt spinning, got it movin again, the air came back a little, started driving it went away.. so i was like hmm, it only works at idle? somethings wrong with the compressor i guess.. so i was just sittin outside with some friends in my car bs'in i figured ill turn the ac on since it only works at idle it worked for about a constant half hour or so then it stopped an i noticed it hesitating to spin so i stopped messing with it.. today i talked to a local honda mechanic and told him my situation.. he was telling me (without actually having the car infront of him) that if i felt the air for that long then the ac compressor shouldnt be bad, and that i should put in some r134 oil charge, so i went and got a can of that (2oz i believe), hooked it up, about half of it or so went in there i was getting rushed by my g/f we were on our way back from vacation and it was hot an so on an so forth about 2 hrs left to go till we get home... soo anyway, while im puttin in this oil charge i get the clutch spinning and there feeling cold air in the car, the clutch isnt hesitating or making noise no more (still got 1/2 can or more left) after that i put 1/2 can of the r134 freon i have in there.. cold air comin out wonderful.. im driving down the road it goes away, i kept it on though, about 10 mins later i get cold air for about 15 mins then it'll go away, then it will come back.. just randomly.. what could be going on here? .. i noticed when the clutch is spinning under the hood, and i give it gas by the throttle body it stops spinning, then it will start back up is that normal? (sometimes it wouldnt start back up but i havent got to mess with it yet since i put in the oil).. should the clutch spin the whole time the ac is on or is it normal to stop spinning when giving it gas? ..

you should put that into paragraphs, most people will not read that, like myself.
