aight so i bought my speedo- waiting for it to come in from ebay- but i want to go ahead and replace the sensor that is screwing up the speedo that is in the car now. there is some type of sensor that is located on or in the tranny that needs to be replaced because its flip flopping between working and not working. im not sure if this sensor controls both speed and mileage but both are not working ( i assume its the same sensor). so my questions are.. does anyone know the sensor i need and where i can buy it, and how do i install this sensor? thanks so much

Back of transmission near rear mount. It's a big square plug with round edges. Sould be a 10mm bolt that holds it in.
