Question of which cams for Nitrous or Turbo.
For B16a gen 1. I have heard that for nitrous the integra/civic type r cams work really well but I question wether or not this is true.
Also, I think that I may go turbo in the near future meaning that I definately have no use for the type r cams, except I have heard that it will be beneficial to use the exhaust cam w/turbo or sc.
If anyone can help clarify this myths please do so.
Thanks.

maybe you should ask in tech, but maybe you will get a small answer here. Also there is a great forced Induction forum they might know something about the cam with Turbo
What kind of car?
I have a LS turbo....I'm running Crower 402's. Under their site, they list them as turbo cams. I seem to pull pretty damn hard after 3.5K rpm (where Crower claims power), but that's also when the turbo just about kicks in. I haven't driven a turbo LS without these cams, so I dunno what the difference was.
