I have a 93 hatch with a b18c j-spec and I threw a check engine, 41-HO2S if any of you guys have had this problem before can you tell me how you solved it.

I've already gone through the manual checking the wiring and all that stuff, replaced the o2s and even checked with a different ECU and still get a check light, another thing, I've got an a/f meter and it stays rich unless I'm decelerating

any help at all would be nice
