Default Question about Type R pistons in a B16A2

This may be a stupid question, but I searched and couldn't find anything. If I installed Type R pistons in my B16A2, would I be able to use my ECU that came in my car(2000 Si)? And would it pass emissions?

CTRs? will work great.. you'll lose compression with ITRs.

you are currently runing pr3 pistons
with the ctr piston your compression will be around 10.8-11
with ITR piston you will loose power
