Default Question about a seized motor...

quick question for you guys, if a motor is seized, i've heard that usually it is contained to the block, and thats all that needs changing.... is this correct? if not, what else can go wrong, or needs to be done?

Thanks in advance...

Well... I guess if the motor locked up due to a valve falling into the combustion chamber and jamming up the reciprocating mass and the motor locked up that way.... then your head could be pretty mangled too!
