My quaife lsd needs repair and somehow it is locked up and cant move. i dont know if it damaged so i didnt know if there is a place i can ship it to get it fixed? suggestions are nice.

its for a ls if that matters.

Take it to a performace or transmission shop, I am sure they can order parts and fix it. 94

I'm presuming you e-mailed the UK office... They will probably just refer you back to me.

yes I did email them in the uk. Should get a email back from them one of these days lol

 

try taking it apart to see if anything is wrong... every easy to take apart and put together again if u remember the way u took it apart and be very careful.. took me one try to figure it out, mine turned out to be lightly chipped teeth, put the dremel to em and put it back together again and works great...

well yea thats ofcouse if Quaife wont help u for some reason... why bother if it can be replaced of fixed with new parts professionally, common sense..

 

warranty is void if taken apart...

 

I got permission to take the cover off and see what condition the gears are in. the if the gears are bad or just a bunch of shrapnel in there. i will just send it off for conditioning.
