Q? about the functioning of Quiafe limited Slip differential
Edit: Fixed the prob..
I have a Kaaz LSD, and I needed Kaaz fluid (GL5 85w 90 gear oil)
And Drove in a figure "8" pattern for about 20min... that breaks the clutchplates in on a Kaaz...
don't know what to do about oem lsd though.

sometimes opening it up is the best way to tell. They sure seem to back up the warranty though
Mine did a similar act only on right turns. It sounded like the left wheel was slipping a little (as if the diff wasn't allowing it to turn enough) though only with moderate throttle. It felt as if the engine was misfiring, though it was running fine all along. It started just after an autocross. So one day, I'm turning right and it sounded like some CV clicking noise.
I park it for a day and low and behold... it's smooth as butter again.
??????? Go figure.
FYI: this is with a stock ITR LSD (helical).

did you ever get this problem sorted out? i have the same transmission and it is doing the same thing. but i do not have a quiafe LSD, just a OEM LSD.
I put GMC LSD additive in it and it went away. changed my clutch forgot to put the LSD additive in and the noise and shutter feeling came back.
I have been fighting this problem for about 3 months now. spent way to much money and I still have not solved for X.
