Default Problem with LS swap in my 93 Si Hatch

I have an LS swap on my civic, it is a B18B1 1998 OBD 2 motor. I used the engine harness from the LS OBD 2 motor into my original OBD 1 internal harness to the computer, gauges, etc. I am using a P05 computer, i was told that computer was from a Civic CX. I basically got fucked over by some *******. The motor doesn't feel like it has the power it should and it has a rev limit at 5,800 or 5,900 RPM. Another thing is I have a check engine light, it is throwing one code, code 41, which is O2 Sensor Heater. i was thinking of replacing the O2 sensor and getting a 94-95 OBD 1 Integra LS ECU. Just recently I tried a P28 ECU on the car and it revved to 6,200 RPM. It made power all the way through, but it threw one code, code 21 which is the VTEC spool valve, which is understandable because the LS motor does not have a VTEC system. Can someone please help me and tell what i should do with this situation, i will really appreciate it.

The proper ecu will fix a lot of those problems.

Yes, the P05 is a CX ECU, the 92-93 CX engines only used a single wire O2 sensor which has no capabilities of controlling the O2 sensor heater, thus leading me to believe that this is a 94-95 CX ECU which did indeed have the capabilities of controlling the O2 sensor heater. The P28 you tried will throw the necessary codes for a malfunctioning VTEC system if it finds that there is no solenoid and/or pressure switch. If I were you, I would immediately get ahole of a 94-95 LS ECU. It's possible that this will clear up all of your issues. However the O2 sensor heater malfunction may indeed be due to a bad heater, thus requiring the replacement of the complete 4 wire O2 sensor.

The reason the car currently runs like **** is because the tuning of the P05 is for an engine with effectively half the stock horsepower of the engine presently in the car. Hell, the P05 barely runs the CX engine. I managed to get around on one with a minime for a few weeks, but it really is rather unbearable. I would find the LS ECU as soon as possible.

Another thing i found out that i might have messed up is my cluster. I think my RPM's on my cluster are going slow because my car at 6,200 RPM hits supposedly 40 MPH. and my single cam D16Z6 would do the same thing. I don't think that an LS in general would hit about 50 MPH in first gear, i know those gears are long, but dam! So what i have in mind is putting in a 5" tach from Autometer, which i will not like, but i am going to be forced to do it and hook it up to the distributor to see what the car is really revving to.
