i have a 98 civic ex, if i remove or gut the cat will it turn engine light on or affect performance? if so what can i do about it?

 

its illegal

 

#1 Your check engine light will come on.

#2 You will make the trees cry.

#3 If you get caught, prepare for a HUGE fine. Typically $1000+.

#4 You won't gain any horsepower.

#5 Your car will smell like we ***.

 

OOH btw it SOUNDS LIKE ******* **** i heard a cougar and it sounded like it should be on the "WHEN WEED EATERS GO BAD" show!!!!

 

you can get an o2 simulator. all it is is a resistor that you wire in instead of pluggin in the o2.
