is it possible to get the headlights out without removing bumper?

is it possible to get the headlights out without removing bumper?
is it?.....also, if it isn't then, once i remove the front bumper and unscrew the headlight screw from the bottom, can i leave that one off so that next time i can just take off the headlight without removing the front bumper? its a pain in the butt.
