Default is this possible:?

A b16a2 is a hydo-transmission right? Well my question is can you put a cable-transmission on it or not? I need to know before I buy a short block and if it is a b-series it should it on it then right?-Thank you -

yes you can interchange the transmissions. just need to make sure the
clutch disc matches the trans you are using. 90-91 are different than 92+

yup, I have an aluminum flywheel for a 90-93 Integra in my hydro tranny.
