the itr can;t handle 12mm lift, the portflow inner can though.

You messed up, I give you 6 months on the JG head before wear/tear on the valvetrain ... I've seen many horrors over the years on the jg stuff

I would NEVER use anyone else's valve train with a high lift cam. If you run JUN get JUN valvetrain, SK2-SK2 valvetrain... you see a pattern here? You're just asking for trouble, and the manufacturers wont cover thier cams if you're using the wrong setup.

its a good rule of thumb to follow, however since I build motors with these setup ALL the time and check for binding, I know what works and doesn;t work. But, either way I'm not building this motor so I can just advise, so take it as a grain of salt I guess.

good luck

Thanks Guys
i just got word from PortFlow themselves...they said:
"hello,

i would not rev past 9200

stay away from the jun products
i would use skunk2 stage 2 for the street"
i know..i know...same valvetrain with the cams...i just wanted to know what kind of beating the PortFlow Valvetrain can take with high lift cams...Thanks guys..
