Default Polyurethane Suspension Bushings

Are polyurethane suspension bushings, like the Energy Suspension Hyperflex kit, a good suspension upgrade for autocross/road racing? I've heard they are a pain to install.

well i only had my car for a week b4 i installed mine. its a good days project, but i cant comment on the auto X/road race thing. cant get any worse than old worn rubber though.
