PM7 ECU in 89 HF

PM7 ECU in 89 HF
Crx Hf with a ZC engine. Everytime I put my Mugen chipped PM7 in I get a code 13. I can run a PM6 with no problem. The PM7 worked good for two days Now code 13 all the time.
