Default Painting wheels..what temp paint to use?

I have some 1200 F paint...that should be good enough for wheels right? Daily Driver, weekend autocross car

should be. just put quite a few coats. using primer?

does anyone know if they make a paint like the california license plates..?? you kno, that reflective white... i think that would be pretty cool on wheels...
