opinions on using two different cams
Alright... let's lay down the scenario. I've got a b18c5, so let's get the 4000 variables out of the way. Let's assume that this engine can have every toda part thrown into it and can have pretty much any engine work done, and it's NA... the head is ported and polished, block has been resleeved.. blah blah blah.
What would the advantages AND/OR disadvantages of using a toda spec b cam on the intake side and a toda spec c cam on the exhaust side, or vice versa.
I know it would take lots of tuning and dyno time so 5,000 people don't have to write that. I don't really care if you think toda cams suck or you don't like NA and you are hardcore FI.
I want the facts man!

mis maching cams take a littlke more tuning due to the possiblity of valve overlap. basiclly its the same tuning any cam. you have to tune the **** out of most aftermarket cams so you can have that perfect cam timing for them to really make power.
I've run the JUN2 intake cam and stock ITR exhaust cam with good results.
Also, on my old 1st gen B16 motor, I ran a 98 ITR intake cam and 98 GSR exhaust cam. Made a huge difference..
