Oil in Intake Manifold

Today i took off my throttle body to adjust my TPS....

When i looked inside my intake manifold, i see oil.

What is the cause of that?

x2, a clogged PCV valve will end up forcing oil vapor into the throttle plate and manifold through the vent line in the intake arm.
