Default Oil in head bolt hole?

Pulled my B18C1 head to change the head gasket. Found oil on the threads of one of the head bolts, the center bolt on the intake side. There's also oil inside the bolt hole. Should I be concerned about that? Or could that be a product of the head gasket being blown? I did have coolant getting into the cylinders, and also coolant mixing with oil.

If you look inside that hole in the head, you will see that its exposed to the oil feed holes drilled through. On the intake side of the head you will see the allen plug where the passage is. it lines up with that and goes straight through.

So in other words, perfectly normal.
