Default oil capacity for gsr and type r

anyone know?? are they both 4 quarts? reason I ask I have a type r block on a gsr head and want to make sure I am putting enough oil in the motor

4.2 qts for a b18c1. It might be the same for an R. You don't have a tip stick?

no I dont have a tip stick but I do have a dip stick, is that the same??

anyways the dip stick is from a gsr, maybe the marks on the dip stick are different from the type r, i dont know, thats why I am posting

Change your oil, put your 4.2 qts in and then see where the oil line is on your tip stick
