I am rebuilding my engine after having it sleeved over the winter, but have a wierd problem. The crank and everything move fine unless it sits for a min. If it does it is difficult to move, but once you do it will spin fine just like it should. I checked all of my clearances and they are in spec. Has anyone had any experience with anything like this?
